You can access your Shippo account using your email and password or by signing in with Google. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a password reset to regain access to your account.
This guide walks through how to log in to Shippo and how to reset your password if needed.
Log in to Your Shippo Account
- Navigate to the Shippo login page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log In.

Log in with Google
If you use Gmail, you can log in or sign up using Google Sign-In.
- Navigate to the Shippo login page.
- Click Continue with Google.
- Select the Google account you’d like to use.
- Follow the prompts to complete login.
After signing in with Google, Shippo automatically connects your Google account to your Shippo account to make future logins easier. This helps reduce password resets and simplifies account access.
Confirm Your Google Account is Connected
You can verify that your Google account is connected:
- Log in to Shippo.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Under Connected Accounts, confirm your Google account appears as Connected.
Reset Your Password
If you forgot your Shippo password, you can request a password reset.
- Visit the password reset page here.
- Enter the email address associated with your Shippo account.
- Click Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Once your password is updated, you can return to the login page and sign in normally.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Didn’t Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you do not see the password reset email within a few minutes:
- Check your Spam or Junk folders.
- Confirm your inbox allows emails from @shippo.com.
- Contact your email provider to ensure emails from Shippo are not blocked.
If you still cannot locate the email, contact Shippo Support for assistance.
Didn’t Receive Your 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) Code?
If your account requires two-factor authentication, you’ll receive a verification code when logging in.
If you didn’t receive your code:
- Wait a few moments and check your Spam or Junk folders.
- Confirm your inbox can receive emails from @shippo.com.
- Make sure you are checking the same email address associated with your Shippo account.
- Try requesting the code again from the login screen.
If you still can’t access your account, contact Shippo Support for assistance.
Seeing a Message About Account Inactivity?
If you see a message indicating your account has been locked due to inactivity, you can regain access by resetting your password. This is separate from entering an incorrect password.
To regain access:
- Click the reset your password link in the error message, or visit the password reset page directly.
- Enter the email address associated with your Shippo account.
- Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in normally.

Seeing a Message About Exceeded Login Attempts?
If you've entered an incorrect password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked.
To regain access:
- Click the reset your password link in the error message, or visit the password reset page directly.

- Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in normally.
Additional Tips
- If you signed up using Google Sign-In, you may not need a password to log in.
- If you accidentally create a new account when using Google Sign-In with a different Gmail address, you can still log into your original account using your existing password.
