Depending on the platform, Shippo will automatically sync your orders in real-time or once per hour, however, you can force an ad-hoc update by clicking Sync Orders at the top of the Orders page:
When clicking Sync Orders, make sure you see the Your orders are being imported bar across the top of the page. Once the import has finished, the page will automatically refresh.
If your page does not refresh, please try to resolve the issue by clicking the button again. Or, If it's taking longer than an hour for orders to appear automatically, or they’re not appearing after clicking sync orders, please let us know by contacting support.
