How to Manually Trigger Order Sync in Shippo

Shippo syncs with your e-commerce store about once per hour, however you can force an ad-hoc update by clicking the "Sync orders" button at the top of the Orders page.

 

 

When clicking "Sync orders," make sure you see the blue "Your orders are being imported" bar across the top of the page, and to refresh the page when prompted once the import has finished. If you're not seeing this, please try to resolve the issue by clicking the button again.

 

 

If it's taking longer than an hour for orders to appear automatically, or they’re not appearing after clicking “sync orders,” please let us know by contacting support.
