How to Duplicate Orders in Shippo

Duplicating your existing orders is easy in Shippo! This article guides you on how to duplicate unfulfilled and fulfilled orders.

Duplicate Existing Orders

To Duplicate an Order in Shippo:

  • Visit the Orders Page
  • Select the Order you wish to duplicate by clicking ( ⋮ ) on the right
  • From the pop-up menu, click Duplicate Order.

 

 

NOTE:

  • Duplicated Store orders will show a “Copy #” suffix in the Orders column. Manual orders will not have an assigned order number.
  • Orders must have the required recipient details for them to be duplicated.
  • Orders can be filtered by “Fulfilled” and “Unfulfilled” from the top navigation bar on the Orders Page.
