Your Company Info page is where you manage your company's contact information. These details are used on your packing slips, tracking pages, and the emails your customers receive. As your company grows and changes, come back here to keep everything current.
Access company page settings
- Click the Settings icon.
- Under Your business, select Company info.
The details you enter here appear on:
- Packing slips
- Tracking pages
- Emails sent to your customers
Company info
Company name
This is the primary company contact information shared with your package recipients.
Website
Add your company's website URL. This appears alongside your other company details.
Contact email address
This is the default reply-to address used when we send email notifications to your customers. See Shipment Notification Emails for more.
Social media
Your social media links let customers connect with you from your tracking pages. Add any of the following to have them appear there:
Save your changes
- Click Save in the top right of the page once you're done updating your company info.
