Adding your company branding creates a professional, seamless experience for your customers. Anyone on a Pro or Premier plan can customize Shippo communications with their own branding.

Add your company branding
- Click Settings in the left navigation, then click Branding.
- Upload your Logo and Brand Colors.
- Click Save.

What are the size and format requirements for my logo?
Your logo should be a high-quality PNG file. We resize it to 60 pixels square to fit best on packing slips and tracking pages. It appears in grayscale on packing slips.
Will my brand color show up in grayscale?
Your brand color applies to all digital communications, but not to packing slips, to conserve colored ink when printing.
Where does my branding apply?
Your logo and brand color apply to:
- Shipment email notifications
- Tracking page links sent with email notifications
Your logo (in grayscale) applies to:
- Packing slips
Brand color doesn't apply to packing slips, to conserve colored ink when printing.
