Yes. Displayed Web App UPS rates include provincial taxes on transportation charges. However, the rate displayed does not include duties and taxes for international shipments.
Are there surcharges for shipping with UPS in Canada?
Merchants who sign up for UPS shipping through Shippo will have residential surcharges waived. Other common surcharges are included in the displayed rate. However, others may apply to specific shipments.
Is package pick-up available for UPS Canada?
We do not currently have the option to request a pickup directly on the Web App, but it is coming soon. In the meantime, you can navigate to UPS.com to schedule your pick-up by visiting UPS here.
Where can I drop off my UPS packages in Canada?
In Canada, you can drop off packages at any of the 350 The UPS Store® locations. You can also drop off packages at over 1,200 UPS Access® Point locations. To find a drop-off location near you, visit UPS here.
What Are the size and weight limits for UPS packages in Canada?
UPS packages in Canada can weigh up to 150 lbs (68kg). An additional fee will be required for packages weighing more than 50 lbs (22kg).
Regarding size limits, packages can measure up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length, girth combined, and 108 inches (274 cm) in length. An additional fee will be required for packages with the longest side exceeding 48 inches/122 centimeters or its second-longest side exceeding 30 inches/76 centimeters.
Can I ship internationally with UPS from Canada?
Yes! Canadian shippers have access to ship to over 220 countries worldwide.
