Do UPS rates include taxes?
Yes. UPS rates displayed in the web app include provincial taxes on transportation charges. They don't include duties and taxes for international shipments.
Are there carrier adjustments for shipping with UPS in Canada?
If you sign up for UPS shipping through Shippo, residential carrier adjustments are waived. Other common carrier adjustments are already included in your displayed rate, though some adjustments may still apply to specific shipments.

Is package pickup available for UPS Canada?
You can't request a pickup directly in the web app yet, but it's coming soon. In the meantime, schedule your pickup on UPS.com.
Where can I drop off my UPS packages in Canada?

Package specs and international shipping
What are the size and weight limits for UPS packages in Canada?
UPS packages in Canada can weigh up to 150 lbs (68 kg). Packages over 50 lbs (22 kg) require an additional fee.
For size, packages can measure up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length plus girth combined, and up to 108 inches (274 cm) in length. An additional fee applies if the longest side exceeds 48 inches (122 cm) or the second-longest side exceeds 30 inches (76 cm).
Can I ship internationally with UPS from Canada?
Yes. Canadian shippers can ship to over 220 countries. Available UPS international services include UPS Worldwide Express Plus®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Worldwide Express Saver®, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS 3 Day Select® to the US, and UPS Standard® to the US.
