What is the Shopify Multi-fulfillment Update?
With the Shopify Multi-Fulfillment update, Shopify Orders with more than one fulfillment location will automatically split into multiple shipments when synced to Shippo, creating separate shipping labels for each fulfillment location.
You will then be able to click into the order, and at the top of the page, you can select which label in the order you would like to edit.
Am I eligible for this update?
This feature will only be available to Shippo merchants who connected their Shopify store after April 5, 2022. This feature will be available in the next coming weeks to those who connected their store before April 5th.
What do I need to do?
Nothing! You do not need to take any action to unlock this feature. Shopify Orders with more than one fulfillment location will automatically split into multiple shipments when synced to your Shippo account.
