To use your FedEx account in Shippo, you'll need to connect your FedEx account to Shippo.
Your FedEx Account Number and your FedEx Shipping Address are required to connect. You do not need to have a FedEx Meter Number to use FedEx in Shippo. Please note that a meter number is provided for FedEx test accounts (separate credentials) and must be connected via Shippo's API.
How to locate your FedEx Account Number
Your FedEx Account Number can be found by logging into your FedEx account on the FedEx website.
Once logged in:
- Navigate to My Profile.
- Click on Account Management in the left navigation panel.
- Your Account Number will be displayed to the right of your account nickname.
