FAQs
How often is the dashboard updated?
Dashboards update daily and may not reflect transactions from the last 24 hours.
Why do some dates not match the Orders page?
Spend Analytics is based on invoice date rather than transaction date. If you buy a label Tuesday and the invoice generates Friday, that spend shows on Friday in this report.
How is my Total Spend less than my Net Label Spend?
In rare cases, when a large credit applies to your account, Total Spend can come in lower than Net Label Spend.
Does Spend Analytics include insurance fees?
Yes, insurance fees are included in both Total Spend and Net Label Spend, though we don't break them out as individual line items.
We also add a small fee on top of the carrier's own insurance fee. Due to technical constraints, that fee isn't reflected in your Spend Analytics data.
