To connect OnTrac with Shippo, you must have an API password, which is different than your account password used to log in to their website.
To retrieve the API password, you can reach out to SoftwareSupport@ontrac.com or call them at 877-225-6837.

Note: Ontrac service level restrictions are enforced in Shippo. This means if you enter dimensions outside of a specific service level, you will not be able to see rates for that shipment type. Below is a list of the service levels, and their restrictions: |
