To connect OnTrac with Shippo, you'll need an API password. This is different from the account password you use to log into the OnTrac website.

Service level restrictions
Shippo enforces OnTrac's service level restrictions. If you enter package dimensions outside a service level's limits, you won't see rates for that shipment type. Here's what each service level supports:
