Please submit only one tracking number per request. If you have multiple claims, you'll need to submit a separate form for each tracking number. Submitting multiple tracking numbers in one request may delay processing your request.

Please provide details in relation to the issues you are having to further allow our Customer Support team to provide efficient and timely responses. We encourage you to refrain from sharing any Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

If receiver's phone is unavailable, input shipper's phone

If applicable, please include the following: Item description, Model, Size of item, Color of item, other.

If applicable please include: Part Number, Serial Number, etc.

List the value of each item individually (e.g.: Gold ring $10, Butterfly bracelet $40, Earrings $10, etc.).

Note: If the package is not available for inspection, the likelihood of claim denial may increase.

If possible, please provide photos showing the damaged item as received, the packaging materials used, the item outside the box, the shipping label with tracking number, the box manufacturer’s certificate (if available), and full views of all sides of the box.

If you do not have a sales invoice, you can create a generic one detailing the items and value. Please be sure this document includes the Shipper's information, Receiver's information, and product details/price.
