Connect your TikTok Shop store to Shippo to import orders, buy labels, and send tracking numbers back to TikTok Shop automatically.
Before you connect
Before connecting, set your Shipping option to Seller Shipping in TikTok. This is what allows your orders to import successfully.
Enable Seller Shipping
- Log in to your TikTok Seller Center.
- Go to Orders → Shipping settings in the left nav.
- Select the Delivery settings tab.
- Click Switch option.
- Choose Seller Shipping.
After selecting Seller Shipping
You may be prompted to create a shipping template, the delivery fee structure customers see (flat rate, by weight, etc.). Each warehouse needs one linked. Once saved, your TikTok Shop is ready to connect.
Connect your TikTok Shop store
- Click the Settings icon.
- Visit the Stores tab.
- Click TikTok.
- On the Connect store page, click Continue.
- In TikTok's Install modal, enter your information and click Confirm to Install.
- In TikTok's Authorize modal, check the box to agree to the terms and click Authorize.
Already have a store connected?
- Click the Settings icon.
- Visit the Stores tab.
- Click Connect store.
- From the sidebar, click TikTok.
- On the Connect store page, click Continue.
- In TikTok's Install modal, enter your information and click Confirm to Install.
- In TikTok's Authorize modal, check the box to agree to the terms and click Authorize.
USPS label changes for TikTok Shop orders (effective January 2026)
Starting January 2026, TikTok Shop is enforcing new rules for sellers shipping with USPS.
What's changing
- USPS labels for TikTok Shop orders must be purchased directly through TikTok Shipping, TikTok's native shipping tool.
- TikTok Shop will no longer accept USPS labels bought outside TikTok Shipping.
- Syncing a TikTok Shop order with a non-TikTok USPS label will return an error.
What this means for you
- Starting January 2026, we won't display USPS rates for orders imported from TikTok Shop.
- You can still buy UPS, FedEx, and other non-USPS labels in Shippo, and sync those fulfillment details back to TikTok Shop as usual.

Can I see specific order details, like item information?
Yes. Each order includes the order number, items, and item cost, so you have what you need to create the label.
How does my customer get their tracking number?
When you buy a label in Shippo for a TikTok Shop order, we automatically update your TikTok Shop account with the order status and tracking info. This triggers TikTok Shop to email your customer directly.
Can I connect more than one TikTok Shop store?
Yes. Connect as many TikTok Shop accounts as you have to the same Shippo account, and give each one a nickname so they're easy to tell apart.
