Before you connect your TikTok Shop Store to Shippo
Before connecting your TikTok Shop to Shippo, make sure you set your Shipping option to Seller Shipping. This ensures your TikTok orders will import successfully into Shippo.
Steps to enable Seller Shipping:
Log into your TikTok Seller Center.
In the left-hand navigation bar, go to Orders → Shipping settings.
Select the Delivery settings tab.
Click on Switch option.
Choose Seller Shipping as your shipping option.
After selecting Seller Shipping:

You may be prompted to create a Shipping Template.
A shipping template is the delivery fee structure your customers will see (e.g., flat rate, by weight).
Each warehouse must be linked to a shipping template.
Once saved, your TikTok Shop will be ready to connect with Shippo.
How do I connect a TikTok Shop Store to Shippo?
To connect to your TikTok Shop store:
- Click on the Settings icon
- Visit the Stores tab
- Click on TikTok
- On the Connect store page, click the Continue button
- Complete the Install modal in TikTok by entering your information and clicking the Confirm to Install button
- Complete the Authorize modal in TikTok by checking the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then clicking the Authorize button
If you already have a store connected:
- Click on the Settings icon
- Visit the Stores tab
- Click the Connect store button
- From the sidebar, click on TikTok
- On the Connect store page, click the Continue button
- Complete the Install modal in TikTok by entering your information and clicking the Confirm to Install button
- Complete the Authorize modal in TikTok by checking the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then clicking the Authorize button
USPS Label Changes for TikTok Shop Orders (Effective January 2026)
Starting January 2026, TikTok Shop will enforce new requirements for sellers who ship TikTok Shop orders using USPS.
What’s changing
If you ship TikTok Shop orders with USPS, USPS labels must be purchased directly through TikTok Shipping (TikTok’s native shipping tool).
TikTok Shop will no longer allow USPS labels purchased outside of TikTok Shipping to be uploaded or synced.
Attempting to sync a TikTok Shop order with a non-TikTok USPS label will result in an error.
What this means for shipping your TikTok Shop orders
Beginning in January 2026, Shippo will not display USPS rates for orders imported from TikTok Shop.
