Connect your Squarespace store to Shippo and start fulfilling orders faster. You can connect from inside Squarespace or from inside Shippo, whichever's easier.
Connect from Shippo
- Click the Settings icon.
- Visit the Stores tab.
- Click Squarespace.
- On the Connect store page, click Continue.
Already have a store connected?
- Click the Settings icon.
- Visit the Stores tab.
- Click Connect store.
- From the sidebar, click Squarespace.
- On the Connect store page, click Continue.
You'll be redirected to Squarespace to approve access. Once you do, you'll land back in Shippo, ready to fulfill your Squarespace orders.
Your last 30 days of orders import right away. After that, new orders show up in Shippo shortly after they're completed in your store.
Want an order to appear immediately? Click Sync Orders at the top of your Orders Page.
Buying a label instantly marks the order fulfilled on your Squarespace dashboard, tracking number included.
| Note: Buying postage through Shippo doesn't trigger an automatic email to your customer via Squarespace. Send that notice manually, or use notifications through the Shippo web app. |
| Note: We don't support partial order fulfillment with Squarespace. If you fulfill part of an order outside Shippo, we won't send updates back to Squarespace for it. |
Connect from Squarespace
Find the Shippo Extension in the Squarespace extension store and click Connect to Site.
Approve access when prompted, and you'll land on the Shippo Orders page with your most recent Squarespace orders ready to go.
