The Notifications Page in your Shippo dashboard gives you the ability to keep your customers informed with shipment notifications.
You can access the Notifications Page by clicking Settings and then Notifications on the left navigation panel. The two types of email notifications in Shippo are:
Shipment Notification Emails
The Shipment notification emails are used to inform your customers about the shipment and tracking information for their orders. You can edit these settings by clicking on the Edit link to the right. See Shipment Notification Emails—Pro & Premier Plans and Shipment Notification Emails—PAYG Plans.
Delivery Confirmation Emails
The Delivery confirmation emails are used to let your customers know when their package has been delivered. This can also be set up by clicking on the Edit link to the right. See Delivery Confirmation Emails.
