The Packages Page in your Shippo dashboard is where you can manage your default package weight unit, package measurement unit, and package templates.
You can access the Packages Page by clicking Settings and then Packages on the left navigation panel.

Setting Default Units of Measure
The Default weight unit field is where you will select the unit of weight you want to be displayed when you're creating your labels. You can choose from grams, kilograms, ounces, and pounds. Click on the drop-down arrow, click on your selection, and click the Save button.
The Default distance unit field is where you will select the unit for distance measure used for package dimensions. This will be displayed by default when you're creating labels. You can choose from centimeters and inches. Click on the drop-down arrow, click on your selection, and click the Save button.
Note: These will be the default units listed in the app, but you can select a different unit to use for a single order if needed.
Package Templates
The Package Template section allows you to create and manage package templates. This is useful if you often ship the same size package or have several commonly shipped sizes.
You can save up to 25 different package templates in your Shippo account and can select any one of those templates to use during the label creation workflow. See Creating Package Templates.
