ALERT: A new version of the Orders Page will be available to all customers coming in January 2019 by opting in on your Settings - Account tab. This version offers better visuals and filtering ability. To reference additional information about the newer version of the Orders Page, please visit the bottom of this page.
The Orders Page in your Shippo dashboard houses all of your orders. This should be the first page you see when you first log into your Shippo account. You can access it by clicking on Orders on the left navigation panel.
You must first start with an "order" to create a shipping label. An order can come to be listed on the Orders Page in one of three ways:
- imported from your e-commerce platform(s)—Shippo E-commerce Store Integrations
- created by manually typing in the sender and recipient address details
- imported through our CSV upload functionality—How to Upload a CSV File
On the Orders Page, you can create your shipping labels, print your packing slips, import a CSV file, create return labels, and send email notifications to your customers.
Note: If you have not yet created or imported orders, you can view this video to learn how to create your first label with Shippo: How To Create Your First Label
Functions available on the Orders Page
Clicking the Sync Orders button on the top right of your Orders Page will allow you to sync orders from your e-commerce platforms manually. Shippo typically syncs with e-commerce stores once per hour while some integrations sync in real-time.
For Shopify specifically, the Sync Orders button will also allow you to sync your new Shopify addresses into Shippo. Should you make an address/location change on Shopify, please wait five minutes, and then click Sync Orders in Shippo to have that address imported.
Importing a CSV:
Clicking the Import CSV button allows you to import your orders through a CSV file. To learn more about our CSV upload functionality please view this video: Importing Orders via a CSV File
Filtering your Orders:
Clicking on the All Orders or Add Filters buttons will allow you to filter your orders by Pending or Fulfilled orders, as well as dates, shop, destination, or weight.
Once filters are selected you can remove them by clicking the Clear Filters button.
Printing Packing Slips:
To print a packing slip for your orders, click on the drop-down next to the Create Label button. If an order has been fulfilled, click on the drop-down next to the Print Label button. Select Download Packing Slip.
You can also download packing slips in bulk by checking the small checkboxes to the left of the orders. Then, click on the drop-down next to the Create label for selected orders button and click Download packing slips for selected orders.

New Orders Tab Information:
Shippo recently released an upgraded version of our Orders Page with better visuals and filtering ability. This is available to all customers and can be opted into at any time by navigating to your Settings > Account Tab and setting the Use new orders page toggle to on.
NOTE: Once you opt into the new Orders Page, you will not have the ability to opt back out.
Here are some highlights of the new Orders Page
Filtering for your orders is now easier than ever. You can filter by All, Fulfilled, or Unfulfilled orders. You can also add additional filters by selecting one (or more) of our filtering options. We’ve also added a new filtering option for the shipping method that allows you to filter your orders by your customer’s chosen service level.
Filtering by Destination will allow you to select domestic or international orders.
Filtering by Shop will allow you to select a specific entry method where your orders come from (e.g Shopify, CSV upload, Shippo for manually created orders, etc).
Filtering by Shipping method will allow you to select all orders with the same service level.
You can close your filters by clicking the “x” for each filter selection once saved.
We’ve upgraded the visuals for fulfillment so that you always know which orders you’ve created labels for. Now, instead of showing a blue Print Label button as we did on the old version of the Orders Page, we show a Fulfilled button. We will still show a green Create Label button for orders that have not been fulfilled, and a grey Create Label button for orders that imported into Shippo as fulfilled.
You can download the labels, hide orders, print packing slips, send email notifications, and create another label (or return label) by clicking the drop-down on the Fulfilled button.
Batch Label Creation:
The location for batch label creation has moved to the bottom of the orders tab, rather than above the list of orders where it was located on the old version of the Orders Page. We now also show the number of orders you’ve selected along the bottom of the screen.
Like batch label creation, the location for hiding orders has changed as well. You will now hide your orders directly from the Create Label drop-down located next to the order.
To hide multiple orders, click the boxes to the left of the orders then click on the drop-down next to the Create label for selected orders button, and click Hide selected orders.
Viewing hidden orders and updating the number of orders shown per page:
To view your hidden orders or update the number of orders shown on a page, click on the view icon on the far right of the page. You can then select the desired number of orders to display or view your hidden orders by selecting the Show only hidden orders checkbox.
COMING SOON: Shippo will offer the ability to save searches as distinct saved (and named) filter views. This will be available to all users on the new Orders Page. To save your search as a named filter view, type the name of the item you are searching for and click on the blue Save button.
Then name the search and click the green Save button. Once your search is saved, you will see it as a filter view on your top toolbar on the Orders Page.
If you would like to delete your saved view, you can click on the drop-down next to the name and select Delete.
