If your business ships from multiple locations, or needs separate Sender and Return addresses you can configure these locations in Shippo to better manage your inventory and fulfillment.
Note: If you have an active Shopify store connection, please refer to this Help Center article as Shopify handles addresses differently.
Navigate to your account's Settings > Account > Company tab to enter your addresses.
Note: You will have the option when adding a new address to make that your default Sender or Return address, which will factor in to how locations are surfaced when purchasing postage/creating labels.
Once your addresses are entered, you will be able to easily switch a shipment's address by clicking 'Edit' on the address and then selecting the desired address.
Now your shipment will have all the correct information.
