If you are a current "Pay-as-you-go" customer, you can upgrade to a Pro plan at any time and immediately gain access to advanced features such as adding your brand elements to different buyer-facing features, automating your shipping selections, and more. You can read more here.
If you are a Pro plan customer, you can upgrade your plan to the next volume tier and the change will take effect at the close of your current billing cycle. Simply navigate to your Settings tab and click 'Plan'. Click 'Adjust Plan' to be brought to the slide adjuster where you can increase your volume cap or make other adjustments.
Similarly, if you would like to downgrade your plan (either to a lower volume Pro plan or down to the PAYG plan), any change you make will take effect at the close of your current billing cycle.
Note: We will charge you for your plan on Day 1 of your billing cycle which lasts until the same date the following month. For example, if you start your plan on the 15th of the month, that will be the start date for all of your monthly billing cycles.
Note: Shippo does not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, if you downgrade or cancel your plan. Your plan will continue up until the start of what would have been the start of your next billing cycle.
