Customers on Pro or Premier plans are able to add their brand elements to features like their Packing Slips, email notifications, and shipment tracking pages.
Customers on our standard "Pay-as-you-go" (PAYG) plan will still have the ability to print packing slips including the Single Page Label & Packing slip PDF, however these will not feature any branding elements.
First, you will need to add your brand elements to your account. This Help Center article covers those steps and you can see what the different branded elements you created will look like in this Help Center article.
Once you have added your brand elements, you can access the packing slip for any order by locating it on the Orders tab, clicking the down arrow on the 'Print label' button, and selecting 'Download Packing Slip.'
Your order's packing slip will feature the name and address of the Sender and Recipient as well as information about the order (item name, count, weight, etc).
Note: Orders with many items may result in a multi-page packing slip.
