All Shippo accounts come with access to our UberRUSH account automatically enabled. Note: UberRUSH is only available in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens), San Francisco, and Chicago.
UberRUSH operates differently from a typical carrier, with a courier dispatched to pick your goods. Please review the UberRUSH operational guidelines before your first shipment to make sure you're ready for the pickup.
To schedule your first delivery with UberRUSH through Shippo, start by following the label creation steps as normal: http://support.goshippo.com/hc/en-us/articles/206170843-Creating-a-Label-Shippo-Video-Tutorial-2-
You’ll see UberRUSH as an option on the rates page. Clicking “Buy label” will request a pickup from UberRUSH.
When you click “Download label” on the Step 3 of label creation, your UberRUSH “receipt” will open. You’ll see the delivery details - pick up address, delivery address, weight of item(s) - as well as the scheduled pickup time.
On the Shipments page you can click the tracking status link and see an estimated pickup and delivery time, as well as live courier status on a map. You can share this link with your customer by sending them a shipment notification email through Shippo.
You can cancel a delivery for a full refund within 5 minutes of scheduling it. Just request a refund as normal on the Shipments page in Shippo.
If you cancel a delivery more than 5 minutes after scheduling it, the shipping fee will still be refunded, however UberRUSH may apply a cancellation fee at their discretion.
