You have 2 addresses in your Shippo account - the sender address, which is what is used to calculate the postage, and the return address, which is what's displayed on the label.
These address are defaulted to the same address in Shippo. However it is possible to have a different sender and return address.
To edit these addresses, go to the "Settings" tab in your Shippo dashboard, then click on the "Company" tab on the top toolbar. Make the necessary changes by editing the sender address on the main page. Or, you can edit the return address by clicking the "edit return address" button.
If you prefer your company name be displayed on the label, rather than your personal name, you can enter your company name in the "Name" field.
Please note that it is only possible to have a different sender and return address on UPS, USPS, and FedEx labels. All other carriers will use the sender address for the return address.
