You can create a SCAN form for your USPS shipments by clicking "Create Manifest" in the top right corner of the Shipments page. You must first create and purchase shipping labels in order to create a SCAN form.
This manifest provides a barcode that USPS can scan to process a large number of packages at one time, rather than scanning each barcode individually. In some cases, more than one SCAN form will be generated - these will be separated based on different types of shipments. One manifest is for Priority Mail cubic labels (these say "cubic" on the label itself), and the other manifest will be for all other rate types (including other types of Priority Mail labels, such as Flat Rate).
You can create multiple SCAN forms per day. If you create one in the morning, then create several more labels, the new labels will not be added to the original SCAN form. You will need to create a new SCAN form for these labels. When you create additional SCAN forms, they will include only those labels that were not part of the first SCAN form.
If you change your sender address throughout the day, please make sure to change the sender address on the manifest page, or you may not see all your labels. The SCAN form is created based on the sender address zip code indicated on the page.
Note: If you have more than 250 labels, the label count we show may not be accurate, but the SCAN forms themselves should have the correct number of labels.
A SCAN form can be made for labels created that same day, or labels created with shipment dates up to 5 business days in the future (although the date on the SCAN form will always be the date the form itself was created, rather than the shipment date of the labels). They cannot be created for shipment dates in the past.
For example, if you create several labels with a shipment date of April 25th, you can create the scan form for those labels on April 21st, by choosing April 25th on the calendar when you click "Select date." However, you cannot create the SCAN form for those labels on April 26th.
SCAN forms must be created before 10 pm PST.
