Note: Shippo allows for batch label printing only after successfully processing your first bill, which is triggered automatically once you create and use $25 worth of labels.
Please follow the steps below to print labels in batch:
Go to the Orders page, click on the checkboxes for all of the orders you’d like to print labels for, and click the drop-down arrow on the green button that appears at the top of the page. Select “Download labels for selected orders” from the drop-down menu.
First you’ll see a message that says “Your labels are being merged and will be available soon.” Depending on how many labels you selected to print in a batch, this may take a few seconds.
Once the merge is complete, you’ll see a button that says “Download labels.” When you click it, one PDF of all the labels you selected will open in a new tab. Simply click File>>Print to print them all in one go!
When printing 4x6 labels, each label will print on a separate sticker as normal. When printing in 8.5x11 format, the labels will print two to a page, and you will need to cut the page in half to separate them.
It is only possible to batch similar label sizes together. You can print labels from different carriers together in one batch as long as they're the same size. For example, you could select all of the 4x6 labels and print them together in one PDF or all of the 8.5 x 11 labels and print those together. If there are labels of different sizes batched together, they will not print correctly.
