Updating your Amazon Store Connection

Shippo has recently migrated its connection to your Amazon store to an upgraded version of Amazon’s store API to provide users with better support. This requires a subset of our users to disconnect their Amazon store(s) and reconnect them to enable the latest API functionality.

The process only takes 2-3 minutes. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1. Disconnecting your Amazon store from your Shippo account:

  • Log in to your Shippo account.
  • Open the Settings tab along the left navigation panel and select Stores.
  • Next, navigate to your Amazon store and click Disconnect.

Step 2. Reconnecting your Shippo account to your Amazon store:

  • Open the Settings tab along the left navigation panel and select Stores.
  • Choose Amazon from the list of stores, and click Connect.
  • Enter your Amazon Store credentials and click Sign in
  • Next, authorize the connection by clicking Confirm:
