To facilitate billing in Shippo, you will need to setup your default payment method on the Billing tab in your Shippo dashboard. We accept credit/debit cards, or you can setup ACH billing directly from your bank account. If you’d like to take advantage of ACH bililng, please contact support.
At this time, we are unable to accept prepaid cards or gift cards of any kind for billing in Shippo. We also do not currently connect with any third-party payment processors, such as PayPal.
