Shipping notifications can be sent to your customers manually after you create a label in Shippo. Sending your notification can be done a few different ways:
Option 1: Send the notification at the time you purchase the label by clicking the blue "Send Email Notification" button on Step 3 of label creation.
Option 2: Send a shipping notification after you create your label (this method is best for sending bulk notifications at one time). Simply find the order on your orders tab, click on the small checkbox to the left of the order, click on the green drop down next to "create label for selected orders", and click "Send email notifications for selected orders".
Shippo’s notification email will include your customer’s name, shipping address, and the tracking number for your customer to track their shipment(s).
